3. Review & Replacement: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. Once approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement straight to your door!

FAQs about 6 months quality warranty

If your claim is approved within the 6-month period, Jas | Perfect On You will cover the cost of shipping the brand-new replacement piece to you. Please note: In some cases, we may request you to ship the defective item back to our studio for quality inspection, and return shipping costs may apply.

We are so sorry that happened! However, our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to accidental physical damage or daily wear and tear. We highly recommend checking our Jewellery Care Guide to keep your pieces safe.

If the exact same piece is no longer available or out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or a gift card equivalent to the original purchase amount of that product so you can pick something else you love!

No. The 6-month warranty is calculated from the original purchase date of your initial order. Receiving a replacement item does not extend or reset the original 6-month warranty period.

Normal tarnishing or fading over time due to daily contact with skin oils, sweat, and cosmetics is considered normal wear and tear and is not a manufacturing defect. To maintain its beautiful shine, please avoid direct contact with perfume, chlorine water, and sweat, and store it in a dry pouch.
