Return and Exchange policies (In-Store Purchase)

-Please provide proof of purchase (physical or e-receipt) to process.
-We provide 14days (from the date of purchase) Return and Exchange, outside of the date would not be accepted.
-Item can only be refunded if the product is deemed faulty due to the manufacturing defect, not repairable or exchange.
-Most of the accessories may be repairable, please allow at least 24hours for us to repair the item.
-Item cannot be returned and exchanged if the product faulty cause by consumer.

Limited change of mind policy.

-Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, you can exchange the item or request for refunds. Items must be unworn, in their original or resaleable condition (with tags attached), and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return.
-Credit will be refunded to the same card used for the sale transaction. You will receive the funds within 7days.

No Exchange or Return Items.

-Earring, Sales items, Customize items, Engraving items
Due to hygiene reason, Earring are not allowed to Exchange or Return.
