Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Membership is free and open to everyone. No age limit applies.
  2. Earning Points: Members earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible full-priced items at JAS Melbourne Central.
  3. Redemption: Points can be redeemed for cash vouchers in-store once the minimum redemption balance is reached (as determined by JAS).
  4. Non-transferable: Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. No Expiry: Points have no expiry date.
  6. Returns: Returned or refunded purchases will result in the corresponding points being deducted.
  7. Promotions: Exclusive promotions, cashback offers, and events are subject to change without notice.
  8. Birthday Gift: Members must provide their date of birth at registration to receive a birthday mystery gift, redeemable in-store during their birthday month.
  9. Monthly Raffle: All active members are automatically entered into the monthly raffle. Winners will be contacted directly by JAS.
  10. Store Limitation: The JAS Reward Club is valid only at JÁS Melbourne Central and cannot be used at other JAS locations or online.
  11. Program Changes: JAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  12. Privacy: Member information is collected solely for program administration and marketing communications, in accordance with JAS’s privacy policy.
