Dispatch & Location

We are proudly based in Geelong, VIC. All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our Geelong studio.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: We commit to dispatching all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Our Courier Partner: All parcels are shipped via Australia Post (AusPost). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your parcel anytime at www.auspost.com.au.

Pick up in-store (Melbourne Central Store)
- Skip the shipping fees and collect your order directly from our physical store located atΒ Melbourne Central (Level 2)!

  • Your order will be ready for collection within 48 hours.

  • What to bring: Please bring your Order Confirmation Email (digital copy on your phone is perfect) and a valid photo ID when you arrive.

Custom Fee

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.

Tracking Issue

Please allow 24hours after the order dispatched for the courier to update the tracking detail on the system.

Order isΒ Delivered

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered. This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.

Failed to delivered

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.Β 

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!
